Mr Knuckey was a Detective Inspector who achieved over 30 years Police experience. He led Scotland Yard’s proactive Money Laundering Investigation Team which achieved considerable success in seizing the proceeds of crime leading to the prosecution and conviction of money launderers. His Team also investigated the professional business service providers who facilitated the laundering process. The success of the Team was mentioned in evidence to the UK Government Select Committee and in the 2003 KPMG report on the SAR regime and was widely acknowledged and regarded as the UK ‘Centre of Excellence’ for its proactive investigation of Money Laundering. Mr Knuckey is now Managing Director of RISC Management Ltd, a specialised risk Consultancy with a global outreach with a multi-million turnover. The core services by the Company focus on maintaining the reputation and integrity of clients by providing services tailored to meet risk assessment and risk management needs in relation to their Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Needs.
