Mr Matthew Epstein
U.S. Treasury Department’s Attache for the Gulf Cooperation Countries

Mr Epstein serves as the U.S. Treasury Department’s Attache for the GCC countries based out of Abu Dhabi. Prior to this assignment, Mr Epstein was in Washington, D.C. working for the U.S. Treasury Department under Secretary in the Office of Terrorism and Counter Intelligence. Before joining the Treasury Department, Mr Epstein was president of a soft ware company in New York and an attorney in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, practicing in corporate finance. He holds a J.D from UCLA Law School and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
