Olivier has joined SWIFT to drive the development of the new SWIFTNet remittances solution in the global payments market for the SWIFT community.

Before joining SWIFT, Olivier spent 8 years at MasterCard International holding several product manager positions in e-payments, mobile commerce and person-to-person (P2P) payments.

Among his assignments, Olivier has been in charge the “MasterCard MoneySend” business development in Europe, launching P2P services with retail banks in the UK, in Benelux, Italy and Germany for cross-continental remittances.

Olivier has over 20 years experience dedicated to the payment industry with roles going from software development to business development for Computer Manufacturer , softwarehouse and Systems Integrator.

Olivier completed in 1984 a master degree in engineering and computer sciences from the Polytechnic School of the University of Brussels.
